Hopefully today we will sell my house in kentucky we are hopeing for at least 48,000 it is a big house i was my father's but as you all know he pasted away last year. I hope we sell it for at least 45.000

I hope the house makes $$$... only $48,000... are you serious? For a "big" house... that is a TINY sum... you cannot buy a toilet cubicle in London for that ... let alone a "big" house... I'm being serious, man. Even an assisted purchase flat for essential workers e.g. nurses where part of the property is owned by a housing trust and you pay rent back... that would cost you a quarter million dollars (no kidding... £125,000 MINIMUM...) I HOPE you sell it for at least 45,000 too that is PITIFULLY underpriced ... unless massive repairs are due... surely prices in America aren't THAT different?
